 CISMA 2009
AMF Reece cordially invites you to the CISMA Show, held in Shanghai between 22nd and 24th September.
On display will be 10 special applications machines including the new models that were successfully introduced at the IMB show this April.
One of our biggest highlights will be recently released Electronic Button Stitching and Wrapping Machine EBS Mark II, duplicating the hand stitch buttons. High resolution touch screen display, electronically controlled thread tension, electronically programmable neck height and stitch depth, automatic trimming, no need of special threads – all these in combination with unique floating needle technology – makes the machine one of its kind in the market.
Prototype of the world fastest electronic eyelet buttonhole machine ES-505, stitching at speed of 2.700 spm impressed the IMB visitors and we are sure that it will win admiration among Asian customers as well. With its new design, larger sewing area, use of new patented mechanisms and features, the machine represents the latest generation of the AMF Reece eyelet buttonhole machines.
One of the worth mentioning products from the AMF Reece chainstitch line is the S-4000 Tacker (TKF) model with its new specially designed label dispenser that automatically feeds different types of labels. Due to high stitch flexibility the machine is far superior for elastic fabrics such as knitwear.
One of the highlights for the trouser manufacturers will be the DP-3500, the new automatic short seamer unit for darts and waistband pleats on trousers, skirts, blouses and also dresses. All seam types are sewn with a consistent quality and desired dimensions that are easily set from the touch screen display. The advantage of this machine is that different dart and pleat styles can be sewn without any mechanical adjustments which make the machine very flexible and productive for small and mid-scale manufacturers.
We will be pleased to welcome you together with our distributor Hung Tak Sewing & Pressing Equipment company at our booth and demonstrate all displayed machines.
